Who completes Section B of the Clinical Practice Form Section 23(1) following the Section 24 examination?
Answer:
Section B of the clinical practice form is to be completed following the examination by the consultant psychiatrist and a decision is made whether the patient the person is detained or not. This is a local issue to decide who is responsible for completing same.
