What are the scenarios for answering YES or NO to this question?
Answer:
Form 6 - part 6 is completed if section 14(2) was enforced. That is if a registered medical practitioner, registered nurse or consultant psychiatrist takes charge of the person who is subject to a recommendation for an involuntary admission.
