Can the Inspector of Mental Health Services remove documents in the course of his/her inspection.
Answer:
The Inspector has the power to require the production of any information, records or documents needed to carry out his/her function. The Inspector may examine and take copies of any record or document and may remove any record or document from the premises for a reasonable period of time.
